Quatre Raberba Winner

Quatre comes from a rich colony family, although you'd never be able to tell from his humble, friendly attitude. His gentle demeanor hides the mind of a keen tactician, even though he dislikes fighting and regrets having to kill in battle. He is the most emotional of the pilots, his big turquoise eyes often brimming with tears of sadness or joy. He's also a wonderful musician, adept at the violin and piano.

I scanned these pictures from a Pokemon graphic novel of a character named Mikey who didn't want to evolve his Eevee and had to fight his brothers to earn the right to join their secret society. Is it just me, or does this kid look remarkably like Quatre?
